Any references made to Roblox, Discord, or “Grow a Garden” are solely for descriptive and identification purposes.
We do not claim any official partnership, license, or collaboration with Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or any related platform. You agree that your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and that GrowAGarden.ph is not responsible for any issues that may arise from them.
By using GrowAGarden.ph, you agree to the following:
You are at least 13 years old. If under 18, you have parental consent to use this site and make purchases.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules and terms of Roblox, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
You accept full responsibility for any risks involved with using our coordination service, including account moderation, in-game losses, or enforcement actions.
You are responsible for keeping up with policy changes made by platforms such as Roblox or Discord.
GrowAGarden.ph holds no liability for actions taken by Roblox, Discord, or other entities in response to your activity.
You will not use our services in any way that violates the rules or laws of Roblox, Discord, or applicable jurisdictions.
GrowAGarden.ph provides coordination and delivery services for in-game assets within the Roblox game “Grow a Garden.” Payments made are for our time, effort, and coordination support, not the digital assets themselves.
All trades and deliveries are done using Roblox’s built-in features and tools. We do not modify, interfere with, or automate Roblox’s systems. Our services are conducted in full compliance with Roblox’s Terms of Use.
We do NOT:
Sell Robux, accounts, or access to Roblox Premium
Offer any in-game advantages, hacks, or automation
Guarantee in-game success, ownership, or permanence of assets
We are committed to fair business practices and lawful data handling under applicable laws. We only collect data required for:

Customer support
Preventing fraud
Site analytics

Delivery is defined as successful in-game trade, gift, or item drop using Grow a Garden’s Roblox features.
Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours unless delays occur due to account verification, platform issues, or moderation.
Customers must provide accurate Roblox usernames. Mistakes may result in failed delivery and no refund.

All payments must be made at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable and irreversible. You accept full risk, including price fluctuations, errors in wallet addresses, or blockchain delays. Please double-check all information before submitting crypto payments.
Refunds are only available if no delivery has occurred and the request is made within 48-72 hours.
Once delivery is completed, no refunds are allowed.
Chargebacks through payment processors result in instant account suspension and blacklisting.
Any fraudulent activity or chargebacks will result in:

Permanent blacklist from future transactions

We reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraud.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by:

GrowAGarden.ph does not control the in-game assets or mechanics of “Grow a Garden.” Game assets may be removed or changed without notice. Purchases are for coordination services only and do not guarantee future availability of virtual items.
Your use of Roblox, Discord, and other third-party platforms is governed by their individual terms and policies. GrowAGarden.ph is not responsible for their actions, policies, or moderation.
We may investigate any suspected violations and cooperate with Roblox, Discord, or legal authorities in cases of fraud, harassment, or abuse. This includes sharing user data if legally required.
All services are provided “as-is” with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous availability, performance, or compatibility of any in-game content or features.
You agree NOT to:
Submit false or misleading information
Abuse refunds or support systems
Exploit or interfere with our platform
Use our site for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities
Violations may result in permanent bans or legal consequences.

Roblox or Discord account bans, moderation, or restrictions
Game updates or asset removals
User misunderstandings of rules or mechanics
Loss of digital items due to platform actions
By using our service, you agree not to hold GrowAGarden.ph liable for losses, penalties, or disruptions related to Roblox or Discord policies.
